Jacquard characterized by graphic signs. Natural forms stylized that refer to the spare and elegant strokes that arrived in the West from China. Grasshopper is inspired by a work by the Chinese artist Zhao Mengjian that has orchids as its subject. The fabric pattern reproduces only the leaves of the plant: filiform elements, with an elegant line, that evoke the refined graphics and graceful brushstrokes typical of a millenary tradition. The result is a timeless design, with a particular grace and a very calibrated tone-on-tone glossy/matte contrast. Pleasant to the touch, Grasshopper is suitable for medium use.
